Which relationships would I/we like to be building? What are the greatest obstacles to such relationship-building?
What one-on-one coaching would most benefit me and my team?
What intel would be of most value to us as we consider whether to “go” or “no-go” particular projects?
What is my firm’s budget for third-party business development?
What experiences have we had with third-party business development firms? What worked well? What might be improved?
Knowing that time does not stand still, when is the ideal time to begin enhancing our business development efforts?
